Alvaro and Pilar were excellent real estate agents, helping us buy our home. The Weston market is tough and the first house fell apart on the seller's side. The second house was tough due to roof repairs needed by the seller, it took about 30 days longer than expected and through all of it, Alvaro was right there, including Saturdays and Sundays, to coordinate and make things happen with roofers, chimney repairmen, the insurer, and our lender. The house finally closed, and we could not be happier. Alvaro worked it and put in 110% to get it done. Pilar was also excellent in our house-hunting process and helped us secure the contract.
